Once your WH&S policy is in place, consider adding these policies. 1.Drug and Alcohol, obviously, no D&A will be tolerated in the workplace. 2.Employee Handbook, outlining rules and standards for employment. 3.Social Media 4. Remote Work Policy 5. Antidiscrimination Policy ( probably the most important), research it thoroughly before writing it.
